AVOID!! Came to replace failed pump on swim spa. Fitted cheap Chinese-made pump that doesn’t work very well and also managed to break our heat pump which has cost a LOT to fix. As soon as I got in touch asking for help (had 6,000 litres of water leaking through broken heat pump!), Spencer ignored all my messages, voicemails and calls. All communications done via texts / WhatsApp, payments to various individuals’ personal bank accounts, etc. If you want to deal with a professional, competent company that pay their VAT and taxes, go elsewhere.
