Spencer kept me informed of a like.y delivery time and was bang on time, We didn’t do anything, they got the tub in position to our liking and we got all the chemicals, steps etc with it. Spencer came back literally 48 hours and replaced a faulty pump with a brand new one. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I’ve received! Sure beats buying a new one!! Highly recommended.
