Great service. Arrived when they said they would and removed our Hottub professionally. They did everything, disconnection, pumping out water, even removing gate and post to get it out and refitting these before they left.
SamSpencer was great, turned up when he said he would, kept to the agreed price which i thought was fair, definitely give him A call if you are selling a hot tub!!!!
patrickWe sold a hot tub to Mega spa, and I think the first part of their company name sums them up because the 2 fellas (Spencer & Terry) were MEGA . Lol. Spencer gave us an estimated time they would arrive, he messaged us when they were 40mins away. As soon as they arrived they got on with sorting the area round the hot tub to beable to remove it. They removed a fence panel and concrete Base panel, within the hour the tub was on the back of the lorry, fence/base panel back in place. You wouldn't even know they had been, everywhere was left perfect. We was offered the asking price and the money was transferred into our bank before they left the property. We were so impressed by the professional, efficient , competent,friendly service Mega Spa provided. Spencer and Terry did an amazing job, two really nice men. we would definitely recommend them.
