  My spa broke down so I phoned Spencer came out 2 days later told me what the issue was came back the today "the next day" and fixed it within half hour all up and running ready to go will definitely use again and recommend him.   Our hot tub was delivered as promised. Great set of lads, set up the tub and explained how it all worked. Didn't have a cover lifting arm with it due to the supplier not having any but this was sent out by courier very quickly so problem resolved, they even talked me through fitting the cover arm over the phone! We have had the hot tub a couple of weeks now and thoroughly enjoying it. Good price for a good hot tub, would recommend .

  I called around loads of companies to help me repair a broken hot tub. Most of them said it couldn't be repaired or didn't seem interested. I eventually found Megaspa who came round, fixed it and gave it a deep clean without any issues. Great service. Will recommend to others.
